Order cut-off is 7:00 AM on business days. Orders placed after 7:00 AM are processed the next business day. For example, an order placed at 12:00 PM on Saturday will be processed the following Monday, unless Monday is a holiday.
Delivery Times
We ship via J&T Express from our office in Paranaque, Philippines. Estimated delivery times below are in working days and don't include Sundays or holidays:
- Metro Manila – 2 to 5 working days
- Luzon (outside Metro Manila) – 2 to 7 working days
- Visayas and Mindanao – 3 to 7 working days
- Remote/island areas – 5 to 10 working days
These are J&T Express' standard estimates and may vary slightly depending on your exact location. We don't offer express shipping unless agreed in advance, and we currently only ship within the Philippines.
Shipping Fees
Each delivery area has its own minimum shipping rate. If your order meets the minimum spend, any applicable shipping discount is deducted automatically. Extra fees may apply for addresses in a courier's Out-of-Delivery Zone (ODZ); these are the buyer's responsibility unless we're offering free shipping.
Shipping Problems and Exceptions
If a package is returned to us by the courier for a reason other than our error, the buyer covers shipping both ways — so please double-check your address before ordering.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email us at memooi.ph@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it.
For orders with multiple items, everything ships under one order number, but each item may have its own courier booking and tracking number.
Order Cancellations
Orders paid by credit/debit card, online bank transfer, over-the-counter payment, or GCash can't be cancelled once placed.
For Cash on Delivery or unpaid over-the-counter orders, call us right away at (+63) 905 441 2076 if you need to cancel. We can only cancel an order before it's been processed — once it has shipped, or a customized item has been made, we're unable to cancel it.
